We are very pleased to announce the publication of our book 'As Endless Is My Love As This: A History of Marriage Rings'. This book details the origins of the centuries old tradition of the giving of rings, commemorating both marriage and engagement. From Ancient Greece and Roman, to the Middle Ages and Renaissance, right through to twentieth century jewels, we explore the precious gem-set trends and traditions surrounding this celebrated, ceremonious and most romantic act. We draw on examples from our past and present collection to best illustrate each design period, and hope to educate and inspire our readers on our speciality.
When you purchase this book, all of the proceeds will go directly to the charity Centrepoint. They do extremely important work to give young homeless people a future, working throughout London and the North East. With HRH The Duke of Cambridge as their patron, they support young people who have nowhere to stay, are victims of abuse, or have health concerns, to help them get their life back on track across all aspects, including balancing education and work. Centrepoint has some exciting projects on the horizon which we hope to contribute to with this book.
