Prior to purchasing

With one of the largest collections of authentic ancient antique and vintage pieces in Europe, we have a wide selection of styles to suit all tastes.

We have a team of jewellery experts and qualified gemmologists that would be delighted to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have about our pieces and the process of purchasing a piece of jewellery.

You can book an appointment to view jewellery in our showroom, or indeed visit us at your leisure.

The purchasing process

Once you have found the perfect piece, there are a couple of purchasing options. You can pay in full, and leave with your new piece, or secure it with a deposit of just 20%. This then allows you up to 6 months to settle the balance. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and we would only release your piece to you once full payment is complete.

When purchasing as a surprise for a loved one, you can buy in the confidence that if upon presentation the piece is not quite right, it can be exchanged for anything in the collection of a similar value, provided the piece is unworn. Please note that we do not offer returns for pieces that have been viewed in store.

We accept all cards, including American Express and we can also accept payment in USD, EUR and CHF.

Online purchases on unseen items

We offer complimentary, fully insured global shipping on all online purchases.

For blind purchases (items purchased that have never been seen before) you have 14 days from the point of delivery to return the piece to us for a full refund. The piece must be unworn and in immaculate condition. Return shipping is arranged by Berganza, at no extra cost to you.

For those purchasing online, we offer the same after-care and sizing services as for those purchasing in store.

Once purchased

We invite you to visit the showroom each year for an annual check and clean service. Upon your visit, one of our jewellery specialists will look over your piece and give it a professional clean. This is a complimentary service for life!

For rings, we offer two complimentary sizings within the initial six months, to ensure it truly fits perfectly.

All purchases are issued with a valuation for insurance purposes.

We offer complimentary fully insured global shipping for any new purchases.

Should your piece require a repair within the first year, and there are no signs of damage, we will do this free of charge in our specialist workshop.
