How it works

• To enquire about selling your jewellery, email us at purchases@berganza.com or reach out via WhatsApp at 07494724871.
• Please include clear photographs of the item(s) along with any information you may have, e.g. provenance, metals, age of item, information on the stones, authentication documents, etc. The more information we have, the easier it is for us to assess!
• Should your piece be of interest, we will schedule an appointment for you at our showroom with our buyers. In some cases, preliminary assessments of value are provided via email.
• A final offer may be given upon viewing the piece, and if you are happy to proceed, we'll make sure you get paid without delay.
