Edwardian sapphire and diamond three stone ring. Set with a cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.80 carats, flanked by two round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.85 carats, to an elegant three stone design with a finely pierced gallery, fancy shape backholing and inwardly tapering shoulders which terminate to a slim D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, English, circa 1910, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #78170-00.
