 Description

Pearl and diamond crossover ring. Set with a round natural saltwater pearl in a closed back half drilled setting, approximately 5.7-6 x 4.4mm in size, further set with one round old mine diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.75 carats, flanked by ten round rose cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.20 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.95 carats, to an elegant crossover design featuring polished edges, decorative galleries with pierce-work and ridged detail, and open and closed backholing, leading to asymmetric shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested rose gold and platinum, engraved to interior 'Constant a Valentine 1st Janvier 1900', circa 1900, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5783-2749.
