Centrally set with a rectangular baguette cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open backrubover and millegrain setting with an approximate weight of 0.30 carats, surrounded by a singe row of ten round old cutdiamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.45 carats, to an elegant openwork marquise shape cluster with millegrain decoration, intricately pierced open gallery with scrolling details and fancy backholing, the raised inwardly tapering shoulders smooth to a slim D-shapeshank.
