Set to centre with a oval cabochon cat's eye chrysoberyl in an open back grain setting with an approximate weight of 4.00 carats, encircled by a single row of sixteen round old cut diamonds in open back grain and rubover millegrain settings with a scalloped edging and an approximate combined weight of 0.50 carats, to an openwork gallery with intricate cheniers flanked by elegant pointed shoulders to a solid tapered D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1910.
