Vintage synthetic sapphire cufflinks. A matching pair, each composed of a square gold bar the ends mounted with two sugarloaf cabochon synthetic sapphires in closed back rubover setings, four in total, the bar hinged at one end and mounted with a serrated and centrally grooved gold v-shaped plank which secures with a secure spring clip clasp, approximately 2.8cm in width. Marked 18 carat gold, maker's mark 'Ste DG' and a three blade fan symbol, French, circa 1960.
