Victorian five stone diamond ring. Set horizontally with five cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with an approximate combined weight of 3.15 carats, to an elegant graduating five stone design featuring stylised claws, an intricately pierced gallery and open shaped backholing, leading to trumpeting shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested yellow gold, circa 1890.
