Sapphire and diamond cluster ring. Set to center with one round old cut natural no-heat sapphire in openback claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.90 carats, encircled by eight rectangular step cut diamonds in openback rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.16 carats, further set interspersed with eight round transitional cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with an approximate weight of 0.16 carats and flanked by six eight cut diamonds in open back grain and rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.06 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.38 carats to an elegant cluster design featuring polished edges, an intricately pierced gallery with geometric motifs, and fancy open backholing, leading to raised shoulders with chenier detail and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank.
