Fancy yellow diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to centre with a round old cutnatural fancy yellow diamond, SI1 clarity, with a weight of 1.93 carats in an open backclaw setting, encircled by twelve cushion shape old minediamonds in open back claw settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.08 carats. The combined approximate diamond weight is 3.01 carats to an impressive coronet cluster design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to split shoulders which flow through to a solid D-shapeshank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, early 20th century, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5786-0821
