Set to centre with a cushion shape old cutnatural no heat Ceylon sapphire in an open backrubover setting with an approximate weight of 10.00 carats, adorned by thirty two cushion shape old minediamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.85 carats, and further encircled by twenty calibre cut natural no heat sapphires in open back rubover settings with an approximate weight of 1.20 carats, to an elegant elongated cluster design featuring millegrain edges, an intricately pierced scrolling gallery and fancy shape open backhoing, flanked by finely tapering shoulders flowing through to a solid D-shapeshank. Markedplatinum, circa 1920, accompanied by Gemmological Certification services report #5786-2802.
