 Description

Asscher cut diamond flanked solitaire ring. Set with an Asscher diamond, H colour, VVS1 clarity, with an approximate weight of 3.03 carats in an open back claw setting, further set with two D-shape step cut diamonds in open back half rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.80 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 3.83 carats, to a striking flanked solitaire design, featuring curving corner claws, a structured openwork gallery and fancy open backholing, flanked by raised shoulders leading to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18ct yellow gold, circa 1950, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #5192888992.
