Centrally set with an octagonal emerald-cut natural Zambian emerald in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 5.30 carats, to a striking solitaire design featuring corner claws, a linear pierced gallery and square open backholing, flanked by openwork trumpeting shoulders with engraved detailing flowing to a solid tapering D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, circa 1980, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report (GCS) #80246-73.
