Vintage diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond in an open back rubover setting with a weight of 0.70 carats, surrounded by a row of twelve round old cut diamonds in open back rubover and millegrain settings with a combined weight of 0.90 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.60 carats, to an elegant coronet cluster with scalloped edging, intricately pierced open gallery and circular backholing, flanked on either side with open raised shoulders which smooth to a solid shank. Marked platinum, French control marks, circa 1950.
