Set to centre with a round unenhanced sapphire in an setting, with an approximate weight of 0.90 , surrounded by ten shape in open back and settings, with an approximate combined weight of 0.80 carats, to an elegant design featuring an intricately pierced and fancy open backholing, the inwardly tapering flowing through to a solid D-shaped . 18 carat yellow and , 1890, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report reference 5783-3339.
