Set to centre with a natural half pearl in a closed backgrain setting, encircled by a single row of eight natural half pearls in closed back grain settings, adorned throughout with nine round rose cutdiamonds in closed back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.16 carats, to an oval locket design, featuring a central raised star shape plaque, polished edges and closed backholing, hinged to the right and opens to display two glass compartments, fitted to top with a secure oval bale, approximately 4.0cm in length. Tested yellow gold, circa 1880.
