Victorian diamond and pearl necklace. Set with eighteen round star top diamonds of varying sizes in open backgrain set petal shape collet settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.70 carats, further set with a total of ninety six round half pearls of varying sizes in grain and rubover settings, to an elegant floral draping swag necklace with intricate scrolling collets, trefoil and fleur de lis motifs, with a circular articulated link chain with twisted wirework, beading and a secure push bar and clip clasp. Tested 18 carat yellow gold, maker's mark 'A&W', approximate length 15", circa 1880.
