Set with three rectangular baguette cut synthetic rubies in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.30 carats, further set with seventeen round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.30 carats, to a functioning buckle ring featuring intricate openwork, polished edges and fancy shape open backholing, flowing through to an articulated mesh shank, the hinged buckle fitted with a secure safety catch, the ring is adjustable up to five sizes. Tested yellow gold and platinum, circa 1940.
