Set with three cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced Burmese sapphires in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 2.30 carats, further enhanced by four round eight cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.04 carats, to an elegant three stone design with fine millegrain highlights, an intricately pierced scrolling gallery and fancy open backholing, flanked by trumpeting split shoulders flowing through to a solid slim D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1930, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #80262-17.
