Sapphire and diamond coronet cluster ring. Set centrally with an oval old cut natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.26 carats, bordered by twenty six round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate total weight of 0.25 carats, to an elegant oval shaped coronet cluster with scalloped openwork gallery and scrolled backholing, leading to a solid D-shaped shank.
