Centrally set with a round natural saltwater pearl, approximately 6.0 - 6.1 x 5.5mm in diameter, in an open back setting, framed by a single row of twelve rectangular step cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back rubover channel settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.25 carats, further set with eight round mixed old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.12 carats, to an elegant square openwork cluster featuring subtle millegrain decoration, finely pierced scrollwork gallery, fancy shaped backholing, the smoothly conforming shoulders which terminate in a ribbed D-shape shank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, marked 'AO', numbered '1513', English, circa 1910, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5777-9185.
