Natural pearl and diamond ring. Centrally set with a natural unenhanced button shape saltwater pearl, approximately 8.08 x 7.82 mm, encircled by a single row of round old single cut diamonds and further set to the shoulders, twenty two in total with an approximate combined weight of 0.20 carats in open back grain settings, with an intricate pierced petal motif bezel and cheniers to the tapered shoulders, flowing down to a solid flat shank. Tested platinum, circa 1920, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America report #2155644430.
