Granat Bros diamond flanked solitaire ring. Centrally set with one round transitional cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.40 carats, flanked by two rectangular baguette cut diamonds with a combined weight of 0.15 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.55 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design with a square collet, finely pierced gallery with fancy shaped open backholing, the slightly raised shoulders with ridge detail flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum and iridium, signed 'GRANAT BROS', American, circa 1950.
