Emerald and diamond cluster ring. Set with a central cushion shape old cut natural Colombian emerald with no colour enhancement and no clarity enhancement in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.11 carats, encircled by two concentric single rows of sixty eight round rose cut diamonds in open back millegrain bead settings with an approximate total weight of 1.00 carats, to a cushion shape cluster, supported by an openwork gallery set with cheniers, pierced backholing and flanked by raised shoulders, all the sides of the gallery and shoulders engraved with foliate decoration, and on a square shank. Tested platinum, circa 1920, accompanied by Swiss Gemmological Institute (SSEF) report #121442.
