 Description

Drop shape old mine diamond and Colombian emerald ring. Set to the centre with a drop shape old mine diamond, G colour, VS1 clarity, with an approximate weight of 1.56 carats, flanked by two drop shape old cut natural Colombian emeralds with minor clarity enhancement in open back claw settings, with an approximate combined weight of 0.80 carats, to a three stone design, supported by an intricate pierced gallery, fancy shaped backholing, and leading down to inward tapered shoulders with cheniers and a solid shank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, circa 1920, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #6147611117 and Gemmological Certification Services report #80265-53.
