Set with thirty three round brilliant cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 2.00 carats, set to top and bottom with flaring single rows of sixteen rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back channel settings with a combined weight of 1.10 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 3.10 carats, to a cocktail ring design, above an openwork gallery supported by cheniers with pierced backholing and flanked by raised split tapered diamond shaped shoulders and leading through to a square shank. Marked platinum and iridium, American, circa 1950.
