Centrally set with a cushion shape old cutnatural unenhanced Burmese ruby in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 1.13 carats, surrounded by ten round old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.70 carats, to an elegant cluster with a finely pierced gallery, open backholing, met on either side with trumpeting shoulders which lead to a solid square shank.
