Set to centre with a cushion shape old cutnatural unenhanced Burmese ruby in an open backrubover setting, with an approximate weight of 3.07 carats, encircled by a single row of twelve round old cut diamonds in open back grain and rubover settings with an approximate combined diamond weight of 2.40 carats, to an elegant scalloped openwork cluster with an ornate pierced gallery with scrolling motifs, millegrain borders and intricate pierced open backholing, flanked by Fleur-de-Lis scrolling shoulders, flowing down to a solid D-shapeshank. Testedplatinum, circa 1910, accompanied by Swiss Gemmological Institute (SSEF) report #73314.
