Set with an oval old cutnatural unenhanced Burmese ruby to centre in an open backclaw setting with an approximate weight of 2.43 carats, flanked by four round brilliant cutdiamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 0.15 carats, further flanked by six marquise shape brilliant cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 1.00 carats, framed by two curving channel set tapered rows of rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings and further set to the far shoulders, all thirty with a combined weight of 1.80 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.95 carats, to a slightly domed oval tapered cluster with intricate openwork throughout, with a conforming finger gallery with pierced backholing, tapering at the raised trumpeted shoulders, down to a solid D-shapeshank.
