Belle Époque diamond cluster ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 0.55ct, surrounded by twenty round old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 1.20ct. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.75 carats, to an elegant cluster featuring an intricate openwork floraform design, millegrain edges and fancy open backholing, the grooved shoulders tapering to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum and yellow gold, circa 1905.
