Set with two oval natural saltwater pearls in half-drilled settings, one approximately 6.6 x 5.8 x 4.9mm, the other 6.7 x 5.7 x 5.1mm, surrounded by twenty six round mixed in open back settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.70 , to an elegant double heart design featuring polished edges, a solid and open backholing, leading to smooth and flowing through to a solid . 18 carat yellow and , 'SS' for Salt & Schlosberg, French, 1905, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5782-621.
