Art Deco diamond cluster ring. Set with a round old cut diamond in an open back rubover setting with a weight of 0.50 carats, encircled by a single row of round old cut diamonds, further diamonds to the shoulders, ten in total, in open back grain settings, with a combined weight of 1.40 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.90 carats, to a circular cluster with a finely pierced gallery and intricate backholing, flanked by geometric raised shoulders, terminating in engraved ridged detail and leading through to solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1935.
