Set to centre with a square step cutnatural unenhanced sapphire in an open backrubover setting with an approximate weight of 1.20 carats, flanked by two round old cutdiamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.00 carats, bordered by a single row of thirty four old round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.68 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.68 carats, to an embellished three stone design featuring millegrain borders, a decoratively pierced gallery featuring a scrolling motif and open backholing, leading to split shoulders and flowing through to a solid ridged shank. Testedplatinum, circa 1925, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #80261-54.
