Art Deco diamond coronet cluster ring. Set slightly raised to centre with a cushion shape old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with a weight of 0.50 carats, encircled by a single row of eight square French cut diamonds in open back individual rubover collet settings and bordered by claws, all eight with a combined weight of 1.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.10 carats, to an openwork cluster form with a pierced gallery and backholing, to a solid tapered shaped shank. Marked platinum, French, circa 1935.
