Set to centre with an oval scissor cut natural aquamarine in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 5.75 carats, flanked by eight round rose cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.15 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design featuring millegrain detail, an intricately pierced gallery with groove detailing and fancy open backholing, leading to tumpeting shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1920.
