Antique sapphire and diamond cluster ring. Centrally set with a cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 1.50 carats, surrounded by a row of eighteen round rose cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.50 carats, to a curved rectangular cluster with millegrain decoration, raised open gallery with scalloped details and fancy backholing, the inwardly tapering shoulders curve to a solid D-shape shank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, circa 1905, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #80256-71.
