Set with a round natural beaded pearl between two round cabochon natural unenhanced rubies in open back four claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.40 carats, further set with ten cushion shape old cut diamonds in open back claw and grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.75 carats, to an attractive finial with crescent shaped motif and fancy backholing, fitted to reverse with secure pin, approximately 7.8cm in length. Tested yellow gold, circa 1900.
