Set to centre with a cushion shape mixed cut natural no heat sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.00 carats, flanked by two round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.60 carats, further set with eighteen tapered calibre cut sapphires in open back channel settings with a combined weight of 0.70 carats, and further enhanced by eighty-four round eight-cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.84 carats. The total approximate sapphire weight is 2.70 carats and the total approximate diamond weight is 1.44 carats, all to an ornate cluster design featuring intricate openwork with millegrain edging, a decorative gallery and finely pierced open backholing, leading to engraved foliate shoulders and terminating in a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, lightly engraved '4550', signed 'Tiffany & Co', circa 1925, accompanied by SSEF report #143322.
