Bulgari Trombino Burmese sapphire and diamond cluster ring. Set to centre with one octagonal old cut natural no heat Burmese sapphire in an open back claw setting with a weight of 1.15 carats, flanked to either side with four rectangular step cut diamonds in open back half rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.42 carats, further adorned by thirty two round brilliant cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.65 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.07 carats to an impressive cluster design with polished edges, a linear open gallery, and fancy shape open back holing, the trumpeting shoulders tapering through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, signed 'BVLGARI', hallmarked '*150ROMA', Italian, circa 1970, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) report #5782-991.
