The works of Suzanne Belperron are among the most coveted by collectors, celebrated for their distinctive design language and exceptional craftsmanship. Belperron famously maintained that "my style is my signature", choosing not to sign her jewellery. Instead, attribution is often supported by the maker's marks of the workshops that produced her designs. This piece bears the maker's mark of Darde & Fils, the prestigious Parisian atelier entrusted with the manufacture of many of Belperron's jewels. Authentic Belperron creations produced by the workshop are characteristically hallmarked with the Darde & Fils mark.
