Set to center with a round no heat sapphire in an setting with an approximate weight of 0.65 , flanked by two round old cut in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.30 carats, to a graduating three stone design featuring edging, a polished and circular open backholing, leading to inwardly tapering asymmetric which feature carved scrolling detail and flow through to a solid rounded . 18 carat yellow , 1905.
