Set to centre with a shape no heat Ceylon sapphire in an setting with a weight of 4.50 , encircled by eighteen cushion shape old mine in open back and grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 2.20 carats, to an elegant marquise cluster design featuring polished edges, a pierced scalloped and fancy shape open backholing, flanked by carved trumpeting flowing down to a solid chamfered . 18 carat yellow and , 1880, accompanied by Swiss Gemmological Institute (SSEF) report #111274.
