Burmese ruby and diamond saddle ring. Horizontally set with five tapered step cut natural unenhanced Burmese rubies in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.20 carats, encircled by a single row of twenty six round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.75 carats, to an elegant saddle design featuring millegrain and polished edging, an intricately pierced geometric gallery and fancy open backholing, leading to raised shoulders with chenier detail and flowing through to a tapered D-shaped shank. Marked white gold and platinum, makers mark for 'Bré & Mialet', French, circa 1910.
