The total approximate diamond weight is 2.70 carats, to an elegant openwork cluster design featuring ornate foliate openwork motifs, fine millegrain borders and fancy shape open backholing, the integrated trumpeting shoulders terminate to finely engraved leaf motifs which flow down to a solid D-shaped shank.
