 Description

Old cut diamond cluster earrings. A matching pair, each set to centre with one round old cut diamond in an open back claw setting, two in total, with a combined approximate weight of 0.50 carats, each encircled by eight round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings, sixteen in total, with a combined weight of 1.50 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.00 carats, to an elegant floraform design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and open backholing, fitted to reverse with secure post and butterfly fittings. Earrings tested platinum, butterflies marked 18 carat white gold, circa 1930.
