Set vertically with three round old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.50 carats, further decorated with six round eight cut diamonds in open back gain settings with a combined weight of 0.06 carats, bordered by forty round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.16 carats, to an openwork cluster design featuring a Greek key motif with millegrain edging, a decoratively pierced gallery with scrolling details and open backholing, leading to raised ridged shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, numbered '46397', circa 1915.
