The total approximate diamond weight is 0.45 carats, to an ovoid plaque with alternating rays of diamonds and synthetic sapphires, enhanced with millegrain borders and all above an arched openwork gallery with pierced backholing, the split shoulders continuing through to a D-shapeshank. Marked yellow gold with platinum settings, French import marks, circa 1920.
