Colombian emerald and diamond flanked solitaire ring. Centrally set with an octagonal emerald-cut natural Colombian emerald with minor clarity enhancement in an open back half rubover setting with an approximate weight of 2.00 carats, flanked by two octagonal emerald-cut diamonds in open back half rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.05 carats, further adorned by eight rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back channel and rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.65 carats, to an impressive geometric design featuring polished borders, a linear pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, leading to raised shoulders flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, numbered '1935A', circa 1970, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #77103-95.
