Centrally set with one cushion shape old mine diamond, I colour, VS1 clarity, with a weight of 1.50 carats in an open backrubover setting, flanked by two rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.10 carats, further adorned with twenty round transitional cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.70 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.30 carats, to an elegant cluster design featuring fine linear openwork with millegrain edging, a linear pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, leading to trumpeting shoulders flowing through to a grooved solid D-shapeshank. Testedplatinum, circa 1950, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #2406069676.
